Signfile is built to help you sign documents locally on your Android device.
Documents And Signatures
Signfile opens the files you select or share with the app so you can add a visible handwritten signature, initials, or mark.
Your documents and saved signatures are processed locally on your device. They are not uploaded to Signfile servers for signing or conversion.
Saved signatures, initials, and recent signed files are stored locally on your device so you can reuse or share them faster. You can delete saved signatures and clear recent signed files inside the app. Signfile disables Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer for its private app data.
When you choose Save or Share, Android handles the destination you select. Signfile does not operate a document-upload or document-conversion server.
Ads
The free version of Signfile uses Google Mobile Ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. An IP address may be used to estimate a device's approximate location. This data is encrypted in transit using TLS.
Where required, Signfile presents Google's consent choices before requesting ads. You can reopen Privacy choices from the app when Google requires that option. Declining personalized advertising does not prevent you from using the document-signing features.

Data Retention And Deletion
Signfile has no server-side document or account database. Locally stored signatures and recent signed files remain on your device until you delete them, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Data handled by Google is subject to Google's controls and retention practices.
No Account
Signfile does not require or offer an account for the signing flow.
